Based in a modern, fully cloud-based office, they work with loyal clients across industries within the SME space. The leadership team brings big-firm experience and fosters a supportive, flexible environment that encourages autonomy and growth. About the Role: Reporting to an approachable and supportive Director, you will manage your own portfolio of clients, preparing financial statements, tax returns, GST and FBT, liaise with the IRD and provide ad hoc accounting and tax advice. The role offers flexibility with 3-4 days per week or 5 shorter days, making it ideal for someone seeking work-life balance. The client portfolio features businesses with turnovers up to $1M, and the firm exclusively uses Xero (XPM) for its operations. About you:
- 3-5 years of BAS experience within a NZ CA firm
- Ideally have your CA qualification
- The right personality to fit in with this tight knit team
