Senior Civil Design Engineer

The Company & The Role My client is looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to join their dynamic, multi-disciplinary consultancy team to facilitate the growth of their civil engineering services and capabilities in the Auckland office. This position is ideal for a proactive, solutions-oriented engineer eager to be part of a forward-thinking organisation. In this role, you will deliver consulting services focused on civil design to our clients. As a senior team member, you will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your colleagues. Your goal will be to consistently produce high-quality designs that align with project briefs and efficiently deliver projects. Skills Required The successful candidate will likely:

• Be proficient in Civil 3D (I am aware of companies looking for people with 12d proficiency, so do still reach out if that is your tool of choice)
• Be chartered or have interest in achieving this soon
• Be a self-motivated individual with a passion for excellence
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Be experienced in project delivery
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Proven capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
