1. To handle SME, Corporate and Consumer loan Facility documentations for both conventional loan and Islamic loan facilities for various banks (Alliance Bank, AmBank, BSN, CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, LPPSA, MBSB, Maybank, Public Bank, RHB and UOB);
2. Handle full range of conveyance matters such as sub-sales, mortgage refinancing documentations;
3. Able to handle Perfection of Transfer and Charges, Discharge of Charge;
4. To provide assistance and support to the lawyers;
5. To liaise and follow-up with clients, relevant authorities and banks;
6. Able to do online filing with LHDN, Land Offices and High Court.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Experience in conveyancing practice knowledge at least 5-7 years experience;
2. Able to work independently;
3. Team worker.
