  • Reporting to the Regional Head of Marketing.
Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing and activation plans, with the focus:
    • Total company profitability and growth, New Product Development & Innovation, New Channel Development, Brand Awareness & Market Share, and Category Development
  • Work closely with sales team, distributor partners and customers to implement marketing plans, adhering to the sales growth and plans; and drive brand presence with POSM at store level and digital awareness.
  • Collaborate with creative agency, digital agency, activation agency and supplier to drive brand awareness, market share and brand presence in both Retail and B2B channels.
  • Responsible and active participation in food shows from planning to execution; and driving leads.
  • Track and analyse promotion and campaign performance versus plans, benchmark executions from other markets.
skills and experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of Brand/Product Management experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong strategic, digital and well-rounded end to end thinking
  • Strong collaborator and ability to work across various internal and external stakeholders
  • Accountability, agility and customer focused
