GTP (Unit Process Engineer)

In your new role you will: Shift UPE

• Perform process engineering and production support in one assigned area of semiconductor process

• Work as a team between Manufacturing / Mnt / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line interruption

• Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools.

• Supervise Associate Engineer (AE) and Senior Operation Specialist (SOS) on daily task

• Follow & ensure shift people (AE & SOS) to follow process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)

• Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects

• Support Line sustaining, required to work inside FAB.

• Need to work on 12 hour shift, or as requested, to support production line

• Support Group (Inline Analytics)

• To operate all Analytical Tools, Fab Cockpit, TXRF, APC, SPC, Yield Manager at trace level analysis

• To support routine analysis on semiconductor samples (e.g. lots/wafers, chemicals, clean room environment)

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas).
• Must be at least CGPA 3.0 and above.
• Contract for 12 months.

• Approximately 0 – 2 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry, but generally no prior job experience required.

• Good understanding of principles and concepts in own technical area based on extensive training.

• Able to supervise/plan daily task to a group of AE/SOS in the line

• Ability to provide on-the-job training to more junior colleagues to be developed.
