Job Description & Requirements Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of operational initiatives, driving operational excellence, and upholding customer trust by leading our Integration & Technical support Teams, fostering collaboration across our internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be customer-driven, possess strong critical thinking, and excellent problem-solving abilities to proactively resolve issues in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Job Description Support merchants in their implementation of payment processing technology. Engage merchants on digital solutions, manage incidents related to integration, including but not limited to configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, testing, reporting, and go-live implementation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that arise during customer trials, integrations, or post-implementation support. Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline existing processes. Serve as a key point of contact, providing regular updates to management and other stakeholders on progress, challenges, opportunities, and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction. Lead and develop a team of operations professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support. Maintain existing integration libraries, plugins, and documentation. Address transactions, refunds, reporting, system access issues, and queries based on tickets. Requirements At least a Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with proven leadership experience in a similar role in the FinTech/Payment industry. A team player with exceptional communication abilities, adept at fostering and sustaining strong relationships. Capable of thriving in a customer-centric, results-driven environment. Technical knowledge & experience in: PHP, JavaScript, and .Net WAMP/LAMP stacks Git Version Control JIRA Overseas regional travel is to be expected, approximately 2-3 times a year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
