We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales agent who will be responsible for selling property in Low-cost projects and other projects. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by generating leads, counseling clients on market conditions, and developing competitive market strategies & pitches. To be successful in this role, you will need to be in good standing with the Karachi Real Estate Market and have good experience with sales.Real Estate Sales ResponsibilitiesProactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.Locate potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential.Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.Define and follow up on daily, monthly, and quarterly targets and objectives.Develop and implement strategies for new services.Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.Assist in the development of projected sales goals.Be aggressive in the completion of monthly targets.Develop and deliver business plans through carrying out research, formulating market analysis, and delivering accurate business reports.Build a referral and lead generation network.Follow KPIs.Essential Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/ Sales or other relevant field.Minimum 2 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry.Strong client relationship management skills.Excellent negotiation skills.Desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.Market research experience.Proven ability to work independently.A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team.Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills.Excellent knowledge of the local property market.Sales attitude on social media platforms and well aware of internet usage.
