Key Responsibilities: Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and industry best practices. Conduct salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and market analysis to maintain competitive and fair compensation structures. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to compensation and employee benefits. Collaborate with PO, finance, and legal teams to develop compensation strategies that support business goals and employee retention. Monitor and evaluate trends in compensation and benefits, recommending changes and improvements as needed. Job Score Card Qualifications 5-8 years of hands-on experience in comprehensive compensation practices. In-depth knowledge of all facets of compensation management, trends & techniques Fluency in spoken and written English language. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management abilities.
