Founded locally in year 2014, AMD Solutions is a steadfastly growing company, specialized in developing and distributing medical diagnostics devices across Malaysia. Due to expansion, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our customer service and admin team! Main Responsibilities:
- Creation and maintenance of regulatory files, e-perolehan (EP) system for tendering, assigning product codes, generating invoices and delivery order (DO).
- Attend to simple quote (SQ), process local purchase order (LPO) from MOH Hospital.
- Manage MOF matters including license renewal, nominee registration, update on tenders and awarded contract list.
- Register and update EP catalogue for new and existing items.
- Manage all relevant administrative and paperwork for EP tenders, including tender submission, partner agent management.
- Prepare interim or final reports as and when required by management.
- Backup for team members when they are on leave.
- MUST have experience with e-perolehan (EP) system.
- MUST be detail oriented and meticulous.
- MUST be able to meet due dates.
- Positive and can do attitude, respectful towards others.
- Able to start immediately.
