- Resolve complex problems and issues in the Solution design and assess potential risks and determine possible solutions.

- Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure delivery velocity and quality targets are met
- Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders; taking a Consulting approach with the delivery team to provide support for execution.
- Work in a fast paced, complex, agile environment
- Strong system engineering background capable of adapting to a rapidly changing and evolving landscape
- Experience with producing Solution Designs, with a focus on Technology supporting Business Banking Technology inclusive of Workflow, APIs/Integrations and digitisation services eg Pega, Rest APIs, Microservices etc
- Designing, documenting and presenting formal solution designs.
- Pega CPBA or Pega CSA 8.x certification or any other workflow (Power Apps, Service now) related certifications are desirable.
- Agile & Scrum Knowledge
- Knowledge of Standard industry tools for CI/CD pipeline, AWS Cloud etc are desirable.
- Strong domain knowledge in Banking and Financial services (highly desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Drive bank's ambition of decoupled BIAN Service Domains tech stack built on reusable microservice APIs based architecture.
