Personal Assistant to Country President

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to our Country President. This is an exciting opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering top-notch administrative services and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide PA/secretarial and administrative support to the Country President, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Manage the Country President's calendar, schedule meetings, and maintain a well-organized office environment.
• Carry out general administrative tasks, such as travel arrangements, report submission, and data analysis.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Requirements:
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a secretary or PA to C-level executives.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• An organized, systematic, responsible, independent, and able multitasker.

What We Offer

A competitive salary range of RM 6,500 - RM 8,000 per month , depending on experience, plus additional benefits.
