Job Description & Other Details: Designation: Manager – Accounts & Finance Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) Experience: 3 to 7 Years Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the month-end and year-end closing processes for individual entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Monthly accounts closing with variance analysis and monthly performance report
- Coordinate with various departments to collect necessary financial information for closing procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors during statutory and internal audits.
- Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the company in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and relevant statutory regulations.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure the company's accounting practices align with the latest legal requirements.
- Stay abreast of industry’s best practices and contribute to the professional development of the finance team.
- Identify areas for process improvement within the accounts function including but not limited to SAP, Internal control Systems etc.
