What the role is: The Finance Systems Policy Division (FSP) oversees and manages various systems to translate healthcare financing policies into operational realities. You will be part of a cross-functional Agile team, working alongside IT analysts and developers to manage the MediShield Life and MediSave healthcare claim system, which is integral to Singapore’s healthcare claims ecosystem. Together with the team and stakeholders, you will scope, design and implement new features or enhance existing features to enable healthcare financing policies or to achieve the organisation’s objectives. We are seeking individuals with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate the ever-changing healthcare financing landscape. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time. What you will be working on: Key responsibilities: Product Design Participate in the policy and process design and review. Plan and conduct user research with stakeholders to identify business needs and pain-points. Propose recommendations and conceptualise solutions to resolve identified issues. Analyse and translate business requirements into system design and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in the design and development of the product features and enhancements. Facilitate and conduct usability testing and review end-to-end testing outcomes to ensure features work as intended. Product Management Drive the implementation and completion of product features and enhancements to fulfil identified business needs and desired outcomes. Prioritise product features and enhancements and manage the product roadmap and deliverables to ensure alignment with the organisation’s business needs and objectives. Support change management and engagement efforts such as getting buy-in and addressing concerns from key stakeholders. Candidates with the following will have an advantage: Prior experience in healthcare sector Prior experience in policy development and/or operationalising policies Knowledge of healthcare financing schemes As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.
