• Prepare project design documents, drawings & budgetary proposals.
• Work in a team to produce coordinated acoustic design with all necessary mechanical, electrical and spatial designs.
• Project co-ordination and management.
• Attend project meetings.
• Perform site inspections and project commissioning.
• Overseas travel for meeting attendance and/or project site visit.

• Possesses at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. Specialization in Acoustics, Noise & Vibration, Mechanical or Building Services is preferable.
• At least 2 years experience in Architectural Acoustic, Mechanical Design or Building Services is preferable.
• Project management and site experience with exposure in SE Asia projects is preferable.
• Knowledge and proficiency in using MS Project, AutoCad, Autodesk will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English Language both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel within South East Asia and Asia Pacific regions as and when required.
• Strong initiative, customer-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to meet tight schedule.
• Good writing skill and capable to produce professional design/ tender documents.
• Hard working and willing to learn.
• 5 days work.
