Our risk-based projects and programs are designed to complement the strategic directions of the Local Government Industry. We are currently seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our Public Sector team and support our Account Managers in the management of Council and Community Housing clients. We will count on you to:

• Support an Account Manager
• Provide a high level of customer service to clients
• Process renewals, endorsements and cancellations
• Liaise with underwriters
• Place cover through online platforms
• Assist with claims as required.

What you need to have:

• 3+ years' experience in insurance broking
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
• A commitment to exceptional client service and quality advice
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Knowledge and application of broking principles, insurance products, and renewals.
