Permanent job in Brisbane Southside with a great salary on offer and the ability to grow and develop Your new company Due to growth and movement within the team, this large and internationally recognised company based in Brisbane's Southern Suburbs is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This international organisation in a leader in their field and offers a stable working environment, onsite parking and excellent career growth. Your new role Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be managing a team of customer service reps as well as fostering relationships with major national accounts, co-ordinating and developing effective sales and marketing strategies to ensure sales targets are met. Some of your key responsibilities will be:

  • Leading and managing the customer service team across all levels
  • Ensuring that effective sales strategies are in place across the Customer Service Team
  • Proactively managing major and national client accounts
  • Providing strategic guidance and coaching to Customer Service team
  • Identifying new markets and sales opportunities for new and existing products
  • Participating enthusiastically and purposefully at all quarterly and annual review meetings
What you'll need to succeed Ultimately, you'll be someone who is professional, adaptable and reliable. You will be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills that can communicate with a diverse range of people. It is essential that you have the following:
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to present, influence and collaborate at the leadership level
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Excellent team building and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Have experience working with a large ERP system, previous experience with SAP is highly regarded
