We leverage data and innovative technology to deeply understand our customers and derive world-class insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making. We proactively uncover stakeholder needs and partner with product, data and support teams to provide innovative, accurate and timely solutions to complex opportunities. Do work that matters: You work with business, technology and product stakeholders to deliver analytics, commercial insights, customer journeys and customer contact decisioning that will transform how the Business Bank engages with customers. On a day-to-day basis, you will:
- Work collaboratively with product stakeholders, advanced analytical solution and data teams
- Support the creation of applications and tools that help drive decision making.
- Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, and seek to find ways to standardise, simplify and automate business processes
- Using advanced business acumen, translate complex business requirements and objectives into technical solutions that help drive and support strategic commercial objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience, and help to optimise this experience wherever possible.
- Commercial experience with front-end development technologies e.g. Angular, NodeJs, TypeScript, CSS etc.
- Commercial experience with back-end development technologies e.g. C# , .NET Core, SQL etc.
- Some exposure to Cloud Services and CI/CD pipeline
- Sound relevant experience in using data and analytics to drive business results, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
- Advanced analytical, numerate and logical reasoning skills.
- Degree-level qualification in numeric or business discipline.
