China marketing managers together to drive growth and success. This

role sits in Sydney HQ and works closely with the marketing team and

sales team in China.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans

tailored for the Chinese market. Conduct market research and analysis

to identify growth opportunities and customer insights. Localize

global marketing strategies to align with cultural preferences and

market dynamics in China. Manage and optimize digital marketing

campaigns on Chinese platforms (e.g., WeChat, Weibo, Baidu). Build and

maintain relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners

in China. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to

optimize campaign effectiveness. Stay informed about industry trends

and competitors activities to identify strategic opportunities.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and global

marketing teams. Ensure brand consistency and compliance with local

regulations and standards in China. Present regular reports and

updates on marketing activities and results to senior management.

Bilingualism of English and Mandarin is preferred.
