Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee The opportunity
- Be part of the AUSPAC Strategy team and collaborate closely with our business divisions (Consumer, Business, Claims) to solve challenging problems and assess new business opportunities.
- Influence our business's direction by partnering with SMEs, delivering high-quality communications for senior executives and the board. Apply strategic problem-solving techniques and receive mentorship from a seasoned strategy team with extensive consulting and internal strategy experience.

- Permanent, full-time position
- Structuring complex ambiguous problems and defining options and plans to solve them
- Extracting insights from complex analysis
- Leading or playing a key role in stakeholder workshops and presentations
- Manage smaller project end-to-end or owning a key workstream in a major project
- Coaching junior team members including analysts and graduates
- 3+ years of experience with minimum 1 year experience in strategy consulting, investment bank or corporate strategy team
- Strong academic record and social achievements
- Superior proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel. Ability to quickly generate slides for Executive and Board communications
- Demonstrated deep experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving, frameworks, and project management
- Superb written and oral communications with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence decision-making and develop strong stakeholder relationships
- Financials services / insurance experience is an advantage
