As a Client Partner Lead for the platform X , you will be instrumental in driving digital advertising sales by empowering clients and agencies to maximize the platform’s capabilities. You’ll leverage product expertise and market insights to build strong client relationships, optimise product adoption, and elevate brand impact. What you’ll do:
- Sales & Client Management : Sell advertising solutions to clients, achieving targets and tailoring solutions to meet campaign goals.
- Deal Closing & Agency Expertise : Prospect and close deals with brands and agencies, leveraging expertise in campaign buying and media planning.
- Campaign Coordination : Work with Client Managers to ensure smooth campaign launches and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Market Insights & Networking : Stay informed on market trends and build networks through industry events to generate leads.
- Reporting & Category Focus : Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage key categories like FMCG, Auto, and Media.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- 7+ years of sales experience, focused on large accounts and building strong customer relationships.
- Expertise in online advertising, analytics, and social media, with proven commercial skills driving direct revenue.
- Strong project management abilities and experience managing complex customer relationships, including conflict resolution and collaborative decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both internally and externally.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple sales pitches and projects simultaneously.
- Positive attitude with a proactive drive to exceed expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
