Leading Luxury Retail Brands (Fashion/Watches/Jewellery) Location: TRX / The Gardens / Pavilion KL / KLCC / Around Klang Valley Permanent/Full Time Position: 5-days work week Job Descriptions:- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and features of luxury fashion, timepieces, and jewelry.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques.
- Maintain a polished and inviting store appearance.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, providing seamless and professional service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and uphold brand standards.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Uphold a high level of integrity and professionalism in representing prestigious luxury brands.
- Stay attuned to market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the luxury retail landscape.
- At least 1-2 years of retail sales industry experience; experience in luxury retail will be advantageous.
