Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the management of residential building components at sites.
- Ensure effective Strata Management for the group's stratified developments.
- Evaluate and supervise contracts and service providers including cleaning, security, pest control, landscaping, etc.
- Liaise with government and statutory bodies on property, facilities, and management-related matters.
- Ensure timely renewal of all licenses and permits for the sites.
- Manage scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance, and address unplanned downtime or breakdowns.
- Initiate and coordinate breakdown repairs and maintenance activities.
- Address tenants' inquiries, requests, and tenancy matters, including monitoring tenants' renovation and reinstatement works.
- Oversee billing, collection of maintenance fees, sinking funds, assessments, quit rent, and/or rentals.
- Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, ideally in residential or strata management.
- In-depth knowledge of property laws, regulations, and building maintenance practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to deal with tenants, contractors, and government agencies effectively.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of managing budgets and financial documentation related to property management.
