Project Engineer (项目工程师)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the quality and safety of the project, managing balanced construction and processes.
2. Inspect air conditioning system drainage, refrigerant pipes installation, concealed piping works, and hidden engineering and electrical wiring.
3. Utilize AUTOCAD or GSTAR drawing software to handle ACMV layout plans, project submission drawings, and as-built drawings.
4. Attend all important project meetings.
5. Propose monthly and annual supervision and inspection plans based on construction progress.
6. Cooperate with the construction unit to prepare the overall project progress schedule based on the contract period.
7. Ensure project completion on time and within quality standards, minimizing costs and saving materials.
8. Manage daily records of construction technical work progress at the project site.
9. Complete urgent tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent. Experience in construction is an advantage.
2. Required language(s): English, Melayu, Mandarin.
3. At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
4. Required skills: Autocad, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
5. Preferably have experience in Air Conditioning System & Mechanical Ventilation Field.
6. Able to work as a team and communicate effectively. Work independently.
7. Characteristics: Cheerful, patient, responsible, and enthusiastic.
8. Preferably live nearby the company (Skudai area) is an advantage.
9. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
