Location: Job Requirement:- Achieving sales goals, monitoring expenses and consistently providing customers with the highest level of service.
- Providing supervision assistance where and when necessary in the Store.
- Taking an active role in maximizing sales – individual vs store sales target. Maintaining inventory integrity – Minimizing stock losses & ensuring monthly (& daily if necessary) stock counts.
- Fostering a positive, engaging and ethical working environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in beauty or retail management is a plus.
