Job Description: We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team at AEON Wellness in the Northern Region (Ipoh, Penang, Kedah). The ideal candidate should possess a strong interest in the retail sector and be able to communicate effectively in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Responsibilities:

• Manage and understand customer needs and questions effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote products wisely.
• Prepare and maintain the sales/promotional area according to the layout, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Prepare and provide merchandise.
• Assist with monthly stock-taking at the counters.
• Attend training sessions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Able to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays.
• Possess a cheerful demeanor and a professional appearance.
• Able to work in the AEON Wellness Northern Region area.
