Job Description
ESHRATEX A Well Reputed Textile Company in Alexandria - Egypt is hiring a FEMALE Sales Coordinator with 7 years’ Experience, Fluent in English, Presentable & Ex-Employee at high-status Logistics/ Shipping Companies. Ability to Travel Abroad meeting Clients and stakeholders, Finalizing deals and paperwork. With Attractive Sustainable Salary Package and Healthy organized Work environment. Duties & Responsibilities- Communicate, coordinate, and verify sales orders between sales and operations teams.
- Checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product number.
- Reviewing orders and processing order changes, returns and cancellations.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Conducting research on potential clients and competitors.
- Managing the sales database and ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all sales-related activities are handled efficiently.
- Handling sales logistics and shipment coordination.
- Determining the most efficient methods of shipping.
Job Requirements
- BSC in business administration or relevant field.
- Professional certification in sales & logistic.
- 7 Years Proven experience in sales & Shipping coordinator.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Proficiency in English.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
- Ability to Travel (Internally & Abroad)
- Excellent Communication Skills and Eloquent way of speaking & writing
