- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
- Developing and applying mechanical designs to meet system specifications and operational requirements.
- Assisting with the qualification of the design by ensuring prototypes are built and tests are carried out.
- Delivering the technical product documentation to release the design for production.
- Ensuring effective and efficient maintenance services of electrical and field instruments and resolving any electrical and instrumentation issues.
- Ensuring electrical and instrument maintenance as per best practice, corporate policy and regulatory requirements.
- Acting as a first point of contact for complex repairs and working closely with vendors to address and resolve technical issues.
- Performing maintenance, overhaul and repair.
- Testing and validation of repair work to ensure quality.
- Participating in the vendor selection process.
- Reviewing and assessing supplier quality and identifying and resolving any quality related issues.
- Maintaining reporting on various aspects on supplier quality such as defect rates and providing recommendations to senior management.
- You have at least 1 year experience including solid experience in a similar role within Luxury, Industrial and Aviation, Transport & Logistics.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
