Job Description
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) acts as a strategic partner to the business, driving HR initiatives that support Almosafer goals. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis and budgeting to enhance workforce planning, performance management and employee engagement.Job Requirements
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
- Proven experience in data analysis and budgeting within an HR context.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficient in HRIS and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law.
- Certifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Work Environment:
- This position may require occasional travel to various company sites.
