Position Summary We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant / Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the management team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced trading environment. Key Responsibilities • Provide administrative support to the management team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed. • Assist with travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips. • Manage office supplies, maintain records, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Coordinate with external partners and clients, ensuring effective communication and follow-ups. • Support in handling confidential documents and maintaining the integrity of sensitive information. • Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
