Job Responsibilities
- Manage one company account for social media (Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Instagram).
- Collaborate with required professionals to generate up-to-date and captivating content on digital media.
- Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy.
- Evaluate the outcome of online campaigns through real-time metrics and relevant tools.
- Understand visitor activities and plan upcoming social media campaigns to improve existing results.
- Implement new SEO and social media trends in the organization's digital activities for continuous improvement.
- Answer all inquiries through social media accounts.
- Evaluate monthly sales and propose a plan to increase them on a daily basis.
- Engage with our online community.
- Coordinate with the office team on the marketing plan.
- Proficient in analyzing Key Performance Indicators that define the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Experience in social media content planning.
- Familiarity with recent digital marketing trends and best SEO practices.
- Adept in publishing social media captions, articles, blogs, and other online resources.
- Efficient in exchanging knowledge through written and informal discussions with colleagues and senior management.
- Optimistic personality, ready to adapt to the organization's requirements for creating relevant promotional material.
- Experience in photography and videography.
- Excellent Adobe skills (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI).
- Smart and creative.
- Preferably speaks the Kuwaiti language.
- Strong content creation skills.
- Excellent communication and marketing abilities.
