The Head of Investment plays a crucial role in shaping the investment strategy and managing the investment portfolio of the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the investment sector, particularly within the realms of securities and funds. The ideal candidate will lead a team of investment professionals, ensuring that the organization's investment objectives are met while adhering to regulatory standards and risk management practices. To lead the Direct Investment, Share Trading & Real Estate division of the Company by developing and implementing strategic plans pertaining to Direct Investments, Share Trading & Real Estate including company start-ups, acquisition, participations, M&A, divestiture, listing, valuations, and restructuring. Contribute towards strategy formulation, annual business plans, budgets, policies, and procedures related to direct investments, advisory mandates including start-ups, acquisition, participations, M&A, divestiture, listing, valuations, and restructuring to support divisional and organizational business strategy. Develop products and services to further the provision of Direct Investment & Real Estate offerings of the company. Promote company products and services and enhance the division’s reach and sourcing of new business. Responsibilities:
