Search Network Pte Ltd Job Responsibilities: Responsibilities: To meet and achieve sales targets. To build and maintain strong relationship with customers. To ensure that the team are aware of the promotional activities and plan stocks. To allocate schedule to the team and area to be cover. To provide backup delivery support as and when required. To monitor actual vs plan call of van sales. To monitor performance and coaching whenever there are performance gaps. To route ride with van sales where necessary; guiding van sales on how to improve coverage, service, distribution and facings in-store. To ensure that all stores have the listed products. To follow up on any distribution gaps of listed SKUs. To minimise any out of stocks situation in the stores. Requirement: Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
