Executive Travel Consultant

About the role We are seeking an exceptional Executive Travel Customer Service professional to join our growing team at Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn. Bhd. in our Shah Alam, Selangor office. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued clients. What you'll be doing

1. Provide outstanding customer service to travel clients via phone, email and in-person interactions
2. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner
3. Assist customers with booking and modifying travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation and activities
4. Offer personalised travel recommendations and suggestions to customers
5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and bookings
6. Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends, promotions and destination information

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or travel consultant role
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
4. Passion for the travel industry and a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service
5. Proficient in using travel booking systems and CRM tools
6. Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines
7. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
