Material Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Material Analyst to join our client's team in Kuala Lumpur. If you have experience in inventory management, ERP systems (MAXIMO or SAP), and a passion for optimizing processes in the oil and gas industry, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities:

Inventory and Materials Management:

1. Plan, manage, and optimize inventory and materials to support operational needs.
2. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of materials.
3. Identify and implement process improvements using ERP systems such as MAXIMO or SAP.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve system efficiency.
5. Conduct in-depth data analysis to support decision-making processes.
6. Generate reports and insights to drive operational improvements.
7. Maintain strong written and verbal communication to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve organizational objectives.

1. Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution.
2. Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
3. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ERP systems such as MAXIMO or SAP.
5. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
