We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative senior marketing executive with the ability to design and deliver an end-to-end marketing campaign for our events in Saudi. The individual will be digitally savvy, analytical and data-oriented with a history of continuous improvement and learning from past campaign performance. Experience of marketing automation technologies would be an advantage. The candidate will also be ready to take the first step towards management in either managing or mentoring more junior members of the team.Key Responsibilities:PLANNING & CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT: Work with show teams to plan product marketing campaigns to meet strategic objectives. Build operational implementation plans and ensure adherence to deadlines. Identify target media, associations, industry partners and social media influencers. Develop marketing budgets in line with plans and maintain budget trackers. Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver digital marketing, social media, and PR in line with marketing plans to hit agreed KPI's. Identify paid media requirements and negotiate media buys. Recommend website strategy to maximize relevant traffic and conversion.ANALYSIS & INSIGHT: Monitor campaign performance, produce relevant and timely reports, and recommend changes to campaign execution based on data insights. Share relevant insights with sales and event teams to drive revenues. Work with data & insights specialists to capture relevant data. Provide pre-agreed reports during and post-campaign to monitor channel effectiveness and ROI.MARKETING EXECUTION: Identify target universe and key segments. Develop personas, value propositions, and messaging for each segment. Send timely, relevant communications through a full mix of channels. Monitor and adjust digital marketing activity based on performance metrics. Manage PR agency with input from event manager/event director. Maintain active social media channels and coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral.TEAM MANAGEMENT: Work with one or more marketing executives to execute campaigns. Provide guidance, feedback, and inspiration to line reports. Ensure adoption and optimization of marketing technology solutions.QualificationsBackground Knowledge, Skills & Experience: 2-3 years as a Marketing Executive or 1 year as a senior marketing executive. Thorough understanding & experience of digital and direct marketing. Strong copywriting skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate/advanced PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Desirable Experience of using marketing automation technology. Experience of managing social media through scheduling platforms. Experience of marketing analytics and reporting platforms. Formal business/marketing higher education qualification. Events marketing experience is preferred.Additional InformationPlease note that this role is reserved for Saudi Nationals onlyCore Benefits: Medical Insurance for individual and family.
