About the position We are a rapidly growing IT solutions and services company and have an urgent opening for an experienced Inside Sales Professionals with 4-6 years of experience in selling contract and permanent staffing services, Solutions/project services to Direct Clients. The focus of this role will be to accelerate new sales and hunt for new business/client relationships, establish approved vendor status, generate healthy pipeline of business requirements and generate sales revenue In this Role, Responsibilities include,
- Identify the target market to offer company’s IT staffing and solutions/services
- Identify the target persona and build a list of prospects within small to medium business enterprises.
- Reach out to and network with the prospective clients through various channels especially digital channels including social media, qualify them and build client relationships
- Generate business leads and set up meetings
- Discover the opportunities and conduct conference calls and presentations.
- Follow-ups with the prospects and go through sales process and close sales deals
- Collaborate with the onsite team on daily basis
- Need candidates with thorough market intelligence and understanding of competitive landscape.
