With an Instagram page of over 100K followers, a website & app as well as thrift stores in Hauz Khas and Kamla Nagar, we bring exciting, curated collections to fashion lovers looking for great style at great prices.What You'll Be Doing ‍ Content Creation:•Conceptualize, plan and create short video content like Instagram Reels, Shorts and Stories that are relatable or funny and have the potential to go viral! Explore content creation on other social media mediums like YouTube, Snapchat etc. ‍♀️ On-Ground Coverage:•Visit our thrift stores in Hauz Khas and Kamla Nagar 4x a week to film, shoot, and create engaging content with a strong hook, body and CTAThis is not a traditional desk job! You'll be visiting each of our thrift stores every week and the rest of your work can be done from the comfort of your home. You'll have the freedom to set your own work hours and focus on completing tasks as per the brief. What's In It For You? Stipend: ₹15,000 per month. Travel Allowance: ₹5,000 per month (provided separately to cover travel to and from our stores—because we value your time and effort). Growth Opportunities:•Learn how to create viral, engaging content that aligns with platform algorithms.•Hone your skills in conceptualizing, strategizing, and executing content for India's coolest thrift brands.•The internship will be for 3 months, and if your performance is exceptional, there's potential for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) to continue working with us.Who We're Looking For•Proficiency in English and Hindi: Fluency in spoken Hindi and strong English communication skills (both spoken and written).•Social Media Savvy: Someone who deeply understands Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and content creation trends.•Creative & Willing to Learn:•Prior experience is great but not mandatory.•We're looking for someone with the drive to research, learn, and follow directions to grow their skills.•A creative mindset is essential—come with ideas and enthusiasm to execute them.Hiring ProcessAs part of our selection process, shortlisted candidates will need to share reference links of content pieces they've created and will also be asked to create a fun and engaging content piece at one of our store locations (Hauz Khas or Kamla Nagar, whichever is closer to you).•Why?
