IT Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor all IT infrastructure and system installations, including configurations, testing, and maintenance to ensure efficient operation.
• Tracking SAP support 1st level (Basis, ABAP, Customizing) tickets at the internal helpdesk when needed regarding the SAP ECC problems.
• IT Help Desk all levels all sites - software & hardware
• IT Infrastructure
• Valuation and tests hardware and software
• Purchase IT equipment
• Selection, valuation and administration IT providers
• Backup data protection
• IT Security and antivirus administration
• Communications (telephone, mobile, network, internet access)
• Application server manager
• Other IT tasks/projects assigned by Group IT
• Windows user administration

Requirements:

• Graduation in IT / Engineering
• Must be able to communicate in English - Advanced to Fluent in writing and speaking.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT (advantage to have basic SAP knowledge)
• Able to negotiate, inter-personnel relationship, business insight and initiative
• Able to work independently
• Min. 5 years of Wintel administration experience.
• Min. 2 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Office365 (Exchange, Sharepoint, Teams)
