Process Engineer II

To deal with and influence the more strategic and tactical aspects of discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business process-related knowledge through modeling: simulating and analysing current and future states. The focus is on complex business outcomes and technical aspects, in line with the business Strategy. Requirements To deal with and influence the more strategic and tactical aspects of discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business process-related knowledge through modeling: simulating and analysing current and future states. The focus is on complex business outcomes and technical aspects, in line with the business Strategy. Actively participates in all stages of developing new processes including the strategic vision, setting goals, planning, budgeting, and initiating and maintaining ongoing analysis and improvement of processes. Provides support for continual improvements to existing processes. Makes recommendations for improvement in order to reduce defects, operational issues, and cost. Provides feedback to other engineers about the effectiveness of their work and the AS IS process. Researches and documents trends with respect to the AS IS process. Creates and maintains reports and documentation for the output of the process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field required The ability to work with a cross-functional team is required. 6+ years of experience in process engineering.
