Job Description :

  • Coordination of the schedule and processes necessary for monthly and annual accounting closing
  • Coordination and review of reconciliations of balance sheet and income statement accounts, as well as analysis of revenue and expense variations
  • Coordination and support to the accounting team to comply with internal procedures, standards, and accounting legislation
  • Coordination and execution in the delivery of ancillary accounting obligations
  • Support to the accounting manager in attending to internal and external accounting audits and inspections
  • Support to the accounting manager in the preparation of financial and accounting statements
  • Support to the accounting manager in the preparation of management reports for local and headquarters reporting
  • Management and/or support in process and/or system development projects related to accounting issues
  • Training and development of the team in the positions of intern, assistant, and accounting analyst
Mandatory Requirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
  • Active CRC;
  • Advanced english;
  • Knowledge on local legislation
Desirable Requirements :
  • SAP, Totvs (at least one).
