Role Description:Our Mobile Apps Portfolio spans various market segments, each at different stages of functionality and scale. Our products are utilized by multi-billion dollar brands to grow and scale their user base, optimize engagement, and achieve retention goals. You will collaborate with very high-talented peers from product, creative, engineering, analytics, sales, demand generation, publishers, compliance, and legal teams to deliver impactful and seamless experiences that drive user engagement, adoption, and retention.What you will do:Go To Market StrategyConduct competitor research on app categoriesAnalyze your target market to create and profile ICPs (Ideal Customer Profiles) and target user segmentsIdeate and build feature roadmaps and launch plans based on product-market fitAssist with content strategy, product positioning, and messaging across the funnelProduct Adoption, Growth & ExperimentationBuild seamless onboarding experiences and flowDevelop retention and engagement strategiesIdeate and implement solutions to address funnel drops and friction points thus optimizing user journey and lifecycleConduct A/B or multivariate tests on AppPerform iterative testing and hypothesis building for product enhancementsWhat we look for in a candidate?1-3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the tech or app development industryInterest in the rapidly evolving digital marketing and app landscapeExcellent Written and Spoken Communication: Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formsCreative outlook and ability to solve complex problems with out of the box thinkingAttention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
