Curelink provides doctors with a virtual care team consisting of experts like dieticians, yoga & and fitness coaches, mental health experts, etc. This enables them to provide better support which is available even out of the clinic, provide better counseling via subject matter experts, and ensure better compliance with timely follow-ups on WhatsApp and calls.This is a novel concept and Curelink is the first HealthTech company to offer this to doctors in India. The company is founded by IIT Roorkee Alums and backed by top investment firms like Elevation Capital & Venture Highway and is operating in 7 cities with more than 1000 doctors using us to deliver better care to more than 50000 patients with 4000 new ones being added every month.As a Social Media Manager and Content Creator for Curelink, you'll spearhead our patient-focused brand presence. Leveraging our network of 1000 doctors and nutritionists, you'll craft compelling, engaging, and credible content for social media platforms, primarily targeting patients. Your role will involve ideating, creating, and executing campaigns that position Curelink as a trusted health partner in the patient community while collaborating closely with doctors and other stakeholders.Responsibilities:-1. Brand Positioning:Develop and implement a content strategy to build Curelink's presence among patients while maintaining credibility through doctor-led collaborations.Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.2. Content Creation & Management: Ideate, script, and produce video content in collaboration with doctors, dietitian, and the care team members.Utilize AI tools and editing software to create impactful visuals, reels, and posts.Regularly gather content and feedback from the care team to create patient-centric posts.3. Collaboration & Co-Creation:Work closely with business development managers to gain buy-in from doctors and co-create content with them.Coordinate with nutritionists and the care team to generate ideas for feedback reels, patient stories, and educational content.4. Social Media Execution:Strategically plan and post content across relevant platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).Analyze and optimize content performance to align with engagement and growth targets.Leverage the existing reach of doctors and nutritionists for broader visibility and credibility.5. Innovation & Initiative:Brainstorm fresh content ideas aligned with current social media trends to maximize engagement.Stay updated on industry trends and competitive activity to keep Curelink ahead in the digital space.QualificationsProven experience managing and growing social media accounts with at least 10k followers or working on company pages with demonstrable growth. Proficiency in mobile based video editing and AI-based content creation tools. Strong understanding of Instagram, including doctor/patient engagement strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with doctors, dieticians, and internal teams. Creativity, resourcefulness, and a results-driven mindset. AGG
