Store Manager - Kuwait City - Burberry

An exciting opportunity based in Kuwait for a passionate and commercial store manager to lead the team and drive business growth at Burberry. Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales budget targets by leveraging commercial retail knowledge and driving key performance indicators.
• Manage and prioritize company objectives, working closely with the General Manager and Buying team to ensure timely replenishment of popular selling lines.
• Maintain optimal stock positioning to minimize theft and adhere to company security procedures.
• Provide democratic leadership and control for staff, appraising performance during probationary periods and annually.
• Ensure development plans are implemented with all team members each month and apply disciplinary and grievance procedures as needed.
• Provide management cover for all store areas, including menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, accessories, and office, as required.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.

• Previous retail management experience, preferably with a luxury retailer.
• Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness.
• Strong leadership abilities and confidence to manage sales targets.
