Job Title: IT Support Specialist Job Description:
- Provide first-line support for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt resolution to minimize downtime.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, providing a solid foundation in technical knowledge.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a technical support role, showcasing problem-solving abilities in real-world scenarios.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) to validate technical expertise.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, proving adaptability and efficiency in handling diverse user requests.
- Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency preferred to cater to a diverse user base.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems, demonstrating versatility in supporting various platforms.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and DNS, essential for diagnosing connectivity issues.
- Exceptional communication skills, enabling clear and effective dialogue with users of varying technical levels.
- A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up on user queries and issues.
