Our cafe located in Bishan is hiring!!(5 day work week, 44 hrs shift per week) Responsibilities: Greet customers with a friendly attitude and ensure excellent service quality. Take orders, handle cashier duties, and oversee accurate data entry in the POS system. Prepare and serve food and beverages, ensuring consistency and quality. Maintain shop cleanliness and uphold food hygiene standards. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during shifts. Supervise and train service crew members, fostering teamwork and efficiency. Plan and manage the weekly staff schedule to optimize manpower. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking when necessary. Assist in barista duties, including the preparation of coffee beverages. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or relevant F&B experience. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities. Proficiency in using a POS system is an advantage. Possession of a valid food hygiene certificate is preferred. Posses basic Barista experience A positive attitude, responsibility, and a proactive approach to challenges.
