Job Objective: An inventory control specialist is responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure that goods are available for order picking.Key Responsibilities:Control the stocks in the warehouse.Prepare the stock report for Sales Team on a daily basis.Prepare reconciliation of the SAP stock with the warehouse stock report on a daily basis.Confirm the stock differences with the warehouse and provide the debit notes in case of shortages in the warehouse.Receive inbound containers in SAP and send email in case of discrepancy to correct.Make correction of the dates/product/batch while receiving the containers.Make PIs in the system and send the details with the explanation to Ukraine to confirm the PIs and add the PI details to inbound container reconciliation reports.Monitor the inbound container stock released in the warehouse and receiving in SAP.Monitor near expiry goods (critical balances) and inform the employees of the sales team about the expiry of the shelf life of the products.Make reports on a daily basis.Analyze the monthly targets branch-wise and set a relocation plan between the branches.Qualifications and Experience:Diploma or higher / Excel / SAP.Must have a minimum of 3 years in a similar position.Working knowledge of inventory management.Process the primary documentation.Age Range: 30-40.Behavioral Competencies:Teamwork.Flexibility.Emotional intelligence.Effective follow-up to close tasks.Good communication skills.Focus on results.Independence within the scope of work.Problem-solving.Skills:Using Excel.Attention to detail.The ability to work under pressure and handle challenges of work.Computer use skills and applications.Knowledge of Arabic and English.Discipline.Commitment.Concentration / Professional appearance.
