This role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the booming short-term rental industry while honing your sales and customer service abilities.ResponsibilitiesConduct 5-7 targeted calls daily to high-potential leadsDeliver compelling presentations of our services, tailored to each property owner's needsExpertly field inquiries about short-term rentals, positioning our client as the go-to industry expertSecure 1-3 quality appointments daily for the business development teamUtilize state-of-the-art VOIP technology for seamless communicationMaintain meticulous records of interactions and appointments in our advanced CRM systemCollaborate with the marketing team to refine lead quality and targeting strategiesPotential for commissions based on performanceRequirementsExceptional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantageProven track record in appointment setting, sales, or related customer-facing rolesProficiency with VOIP systems and CRM softwareSharp listening skills and a talent for understanding and addressing client concernsResilient and positive attitude, excelling in a goal-oriented environmentAdaptability to work with a diverse clientele across different cultural contextsSelf-motivated with a passion for the hospitality and real estate sectors
