Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with corporate external legal advisor(s) on all legal matters related to the Company.
- Act as an authorized legal representative of the company before government agencies.
- Represent the company before PAM (Public Authority of Manpower) labor disputes Department.
- Liaise with internal corporate clients to ensure proper document compilation in preparation for litigation and/or arbitration proceedings.
- Follow up and arrange corporate legal documents such as Articles of Association (AOA), Power of Attorney (POA), and other related documents.
- Follow up and execute different corporate court transactions including verdict execution and legal notices.
- Review and provide recommendations on different kinds of corporate agreements (JV, Agencies, Subcontracts, Employment, etc.).
- Assist in performing court case preparation work such as interviewing witnesses and preparing briefs.
- Prepare correspondence with external government and non-government external bodies regarding legal corporate transactions.
- Perform other related duties as requested by the Executive Manager.
