Part time 0.5 FTE Scheduling Clerk, Orthopaedics Health New Zealand – Te Whatu Ora serves communities throughout North and West Auckland, a population in excess of 640,000 and employing more than 8,000 people. We are looking for a team player, an enthusiastic, highly organised and self-motivated administrator to join our orthopaedic booking and scheduling team on a part time basis. This is an exciting, dynamic role where you can make a difference, based at North Shore Hospital. The role involves scheduling outpatient clinic and surgery appointments, management of waitlists and liaising with whanau requiring appointments. You will support the pursuit of Māori health gain as well as achieving equitable health outcomes for Māori. You must have good computer literacy and data skills, along with excellent communication skills as you will liaise with a variety of key stakeholders within our team and with staff of the wider Waitematā District Health Board. Experience in an administrative role in the health sector and IPM system is preferred but full training will be given. Excellent spoken and written English and attention to detail are essential.
