• Position: Occupational Therapist Team Leader
• Salary: $130,000 - $170,000 base salary + super
• Location: Work from home

The Organisation 4 Healthcare is proud to be partnering with a progressive occupational therapy provider dedicated to empowering individuals through personalised occupational therapy services. This OT owned and operated provider focuses on assistive technology and implementing home modifications to improve clients' quality of life. The Role As an Occupational Therapist Team Leader, you will mentor and facilitate the learning of junior clinicians. You will primarily oversee quality control and training while assisting less experienced clinicians in their journey. You will work with a very experienced OT operator where you can work autonomously while also being able to approach them for support and guidance. You will receive excellent rates of pay with a salary of up to $170,000 plus super, plus all travel and tools of the trade and being able to work from home. Benefits to You

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Full AHPRA registration
